We welcome submissions from all high schoolers and undergraduate students. Lysis accepts works of poetry, fiction, and creative non-fiction in most styles and genres.

Use the form below to upload a PDF of your work. Though we do not enforce word limits, try to keep prose submissions to no more than 1000 words. You may submit multiple pieces to Lysis, but please keep submissions separate.

Stylistic edits to your submission may be applicable. Lysis will reach out to authors directly to approve any edits prior to publication.

Note that as the author, you retain copyright following the publication of your work but agree to give Lysis first serial/electronic rights.

Lysis accepts simultaneous submissions.
